Shipping Terms of gate valve:
1.We ship most of orders within 1-3 business day after receiving your payment(for sample).
2.We will post tracking number by e-mail after processing your order.
3. We provide combine shipping if you have multiple orders. In order to get combine shipping price, please send us a combine shipping request.
Please follow these steps for combined shipping of gate valve :
First send us a message saying you would like combined shipping,then we will calculate shipping and handling.We send you an invoice with the total and please pay invoice we will ship your items.
Q1: Can I get some samples?
A1: Yes, we can provide the sample for quality check and market test. But you have to pay for it.
Q2: What’s delivery time?
A2: 15 days.
Q3: What’s your payment terms?
A3: We usually accept payment terms of T/T, L/C.
Q4: What’s your warranty terms?
A4: We offer 1 years warranty time which depends on what product you buy. If damaged unit is unrepairable, we will provide brand new unit for replacement
Q5: Do you have the products in stock?
A5: Depends on your request ,we have standard models in stock. Some special products and big order will be newly produced according to your order .
Q6: Can you provide repair for damaged unit?
A6: Yes.
Under normal usage, we can provide free repair service (inclusive material and manpower cost) within warranty period; Under abnormal usage, we can provide free repair (exclusive material cost) within warranty period;
Damaged unit will be fixed in 72 hours upon receive it, and provide the inspection reports as well.
Q7: How does your factory do the quality control?
A7: Quality is priority, we always attach the importance to quality control from the beginning to the end of the production. Every single product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before delivery.
